As a Working Student in Business Development at Kickstage, you will be the engine behind our sales pipeline. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of identifying and filtering high-potential targets in sectors like Energy, Finance, and Manufacturing.
You will leverage modern sales intelligence tools to build precise lead lists and design automated workflows, ensuring that the management team can focus on the actual outreach and closing.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for high-volume lead generation and data enrichment.
- Utilize tools like Apollo.io to identify key decision-makers in our target markets.
- Filter, segment, and qualify leads to ensure maximum relevance and data quality.
- Design and implement automated workflows (using AI tools) to streamline the lead sourcing process.
- Hand over clean, qualified contact lists directly to the CEO for outreach.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong affinity for digital tools and a "hacker mindset" when it comes to process optimization.
- High attention to detail—data quality is your top priority.
- Ability to work autonomously and structure your own workflows.
- Good communication skills in English are a must.
Nice to haves
- Experience with sales intelligence tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n) or AI-driven workflows.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles in the software industry.
